(Marshall, Arkansas) The Northwest Arkansas Economic Development District (NWAEDD) is partnering with the U.S. Air Force Reserve, the Air National Guard, and the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) to offer the Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Buffalo River Wellness Mission and will provide no-cost medical services to the community from July 16th-24th, 2026.

So, what does this mean for the community, and how does it impact you?
The IRT mission will be led by the Air Force Reserve in partnership with the Air National Guard. Air Force Reserve will bring licensed and credentialed medical providers to the area to provide basic medical, optical, behavioral health, and dental services at NO COST to the community. Services will be provided at the Marshall High School on a first-come, first-served basis most days from July 16th to July 24th, 2026, from 8 am-4 pm. You don’t have to be a local resident to receive services. There are no income, identification, or insurance requirements to receive services.
Medical services provided will include basic medical & wellness exams, optical exams & glasses, behavioral health consultations, dental exams, and school sports physicals. People can come in for eye exams and receive one pair of single vision lens glasses. Dental services include exams, extractions, and fillings.
